Over the years, we have seen 80+ dance leaders come through our doors and complete their qualifications at Level 1 or 2. Most recently, we welcomed 10 new participants who engaged with our first ever online delivery of our education programme.
In light of recent circumstances, our usual delivery methods were unable to go ahead, but with the knowledge that we have gained over 15 months of online classes and communications, allowed us to continue with the programme. It was a massive learning curve and a brand new experience for us and the students- but it proved what can be achieved even with challenges.

The course consisted of a 5 day online programme, finishing with a two day face-to-face assessment workshop at the University South Wales. Through this time, young leaders learned about leadership styles, dance technique, communication and how to plan, deliver and evaluate a dance class.
During the two days of assessments, young leaders planned and delivered sessions to their peers and fellow tutors.
